10/10 Would recommend to anyone and everyone who needs masonry done. We had a wall that we added a frame & electric fireplace to. Steve came in and applied our Eldorado stone veneer and it looks absolutely amazing. He was responsive to all of my communication before the project began, he showed when he said he would show, and worked swiftly to get the project completed on time. He and his partner were pure professionals, as well as artisans. I'm over the moon, and will be now scheduling him in the near future to apply stone veneer to our brick exterior.

Steve did a great job on a brick wall repair for me, you would never know there was anything wrong with it to begin with. also, despite having been delayed some time, he was very good about maintaining open communication and we were able to coordinate a very efficient work flow once we did get started

Artisan Brickwork was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and professional. The quality of work was great and they did it all in a day! It was clear from the beginning that they are confident working on older homes with older brick. He was on vacation when I contacted him and he still made time to put a reasonable estimate together! When it came time to do the work, he understood that I had water coming in through the wall and he prioritized my work to minimize anymore damage to the interior. Thank you for that! Highly recommend them and I planning on using them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before I give a set price to a customer, I like to see the job and discuss the terms from there. I like to meet with my potential customers to know their time frame and budget of their project. The size of your project and what is needed will determine the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer, make sure everything is clear. I like to hear any ideas the customer has. Also, I listen to and try to make everything go as smoothly as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade school in England for 3 years, along side a apprenticeship on site. I was mentored by one of the best, and I'm proud to be able to put my knowledge and experience to use now
