Specializing in high conflict mediations, I work with parties in a wide range of civil matters from domestic and probate to neighbor disputes and community facilitation. I also consult with parties and attorneys regarding the mediation process and litigation alternatives. Our firm offers probate, wills, trusts, estate planning, guardianship and conservatorship services as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Learn about the background, experience, training, and style of your mediator. The State of Colorado does not regulate mediators so there is a wide variety of skill sets and backgrounds. I am an attorney with experience in hundreds of trials. This litigation and legal background is an extremely useful tool when helping parties on mediation realistically assess their risks and options.
