I had positive experience with Just Send It and I highly recommend that you use them for Moving and related services. I had 2 of the Just Send It crew come out to my house to move a dishwasher and other heavy furniture within my house. They also assembled a bedframe and started to assemble some some other items. Because they couldn't finish, Chris agreed to come back to my house to finish the work (Chris offered to come by that every evening if I wanted). Chris and his partner came out a day later and let me know they were available if I had anything else for them to do. This worked out great as I had some new large shelves just delivered from Costco which took a lot of effort to get assembled. Chris wanted to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated! I'll be contacting them again for moving and related needs.

I used this crew to help me pack up my home and load it into a moving pod. The pod was delivered and unfortunately there were a lot of issues. They caused some pretty significant damage to my Design Within Reach bed frame at some point during the disassembling and loading process. The boxes weren’t intentionally packed - I literally had a box of open chef knives and silverware just thrown into the bottom. Dangerous. I found a box of vintage paintings that had no padding or paper at all - the paintings were literally just stacked on top of each other, completely unprotected in the box and some got damaged. The boxes weren’t stacked well in the pod either. - many boxes had collapsed in on each other because the weight of the boxes wasn’t well considered in the stacking. They also didn’t tie things down, so plenty of boxes had fallen over and some items had gotten crushed, and my mattress had flopped over a bunch of items (you can see this in the photo, and behind the mattress is a bunch of boxes that had toppled over and been crushed because they weren’t tied down). We had to use tools to get the pod open because stuff had shifted and were pushing against the door, and it was a ton of work to unload without causing more damage to the items. I imagine these guys might be okay for small moves or with things that aren’t particularly valuable, but it sadly cost me a lot of money to use them in the end.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. I had them move all of my bigger items from a 3rd story apartment (no elevator). They did so quickly and methodically and clearly knew what they were doing. They also hardly let me lift a finger, and if I insisted, they made sure I never carried the heavy things :) Not to mention they were just fun to chat with while they worked. Very professional, easygoing, and a great price point for a move. I would highly recommend these guys for your next move!!
