horrible experience!!!! ritenour services did not show up on our agreed upon moving date. I called over a 24 hour period and they never returned my call. Had to get another mover last minute, which cost more!

Even tho they were a half hour late, when they went to work Eugene and James did an outstanding job of loading my 2 very heavy couches and tons of other stuff then moving it all into a 3rd story apt up 3 flights of stairs! WOW did they do an awesome job! Will tell every one about this company. Thanks guys!

I have moved a LOT in the denver area. I have never hired movers as awesome as Ritenour. Eugene is extremely polite, and is willing to do anything to help his customers out. I am amazed, surprised, and very happy to find such a competent, compassionate company. The movers were competent, polite, and professional. And on-time. When I had a snafu with my moving situation due to a closing date, Eugene completely helped me out and put me at ease. Do yourself a favor and hire Ritenour!

His methods of lifting my couch to the 2nd floor balcony were a bit unsafe but with the help of my neighbor they were able to get my couch into my apartment unharmed. Thanks for your work Eugene.

When Skyler called he mentioned we would have to use his neighbors 2nd floor balcony to hoist the couch up and over into his neighbors apartment then through the hallway and into his apartment. Thats just what we did his neighbor offered to help which wasn't really ok but he insisted. Everything ended on a positive note we were able to hoist the couch and move it into his apartment with no damages whatsoever. Sorry it has taken so long to get this done. These guys moved us is snow weather at the end of November 2012. It was cold and I was no help trying to go thou 2 storage units deciding what goes and what does not. But they did a great job no complaints from me. I will be keeping there number handy for when I am ready to move again. Thanks for the help and by the way my husband was very surprised and happy to have the move happen on his birthday while he was working.

Eugene Ritenour provided the best moving experience I could have imagined. He was professional, hard-working, and respectful. He took great care with our belongings, listened to our requests, and met all of our demands. The attitude of the entire crew was positive and cheerful, and that took a lot of the stress out of our move. Great work! I booked them last night and they were even early for my job today! (They called ahead to check and see if being early would be ok). I had another moving company cancel on me at the last minute so I had to find someone quickly. I came across an ad in weekly plus and decided to give Ritenour Services a call and see if they would be able to help at a moments notice and they responded in a timely manner. Eugene was very nice and professional. They saved Christmas for my kids :). My son made me make cupcakes to thank him since he didnt have money lol. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

I had a very positive experience with Ritenour Services. Eugene was punctual, courteous and seemed to very knowledgeable. I had absolutely no issues with the service - in fact they completed the job well before the estimated time frame. The movers were very professional, handled the furniture and items with care and were extremely diligent not to damage or scrape any pieces. I was very satisfied , will definitely use them for any moves that I have in the future and and positively recommend them.

Great job by Eugene and Chris. Estimate of time was off by several hours, but I had a mountain of boxes and three flights of stairs. Not a fun job for anyone, but they did it well. Also ended up with my sofa not fitting through the hallway of my new address. They attempted every engineering feat possible with no angle working - very poor planning on my part! Eugene offered to take it to a donation site and all worked out well. I appreciated the suggestion. Will use their services again, it ever needed.

Eugene and his crew did a great job on short notice for us. My other mover called 4 days before moving day to say their truck was out of service, I called Eugene and thankfully he had availablity. We had a challenge of 3 different load locations and they were great. Eugene is an expert at consolidating everything into the truck and packing it in. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend!

Professional, friendly and extremely helpful -- that is how we would describe Ritenour services in handling our move. There was a huge inconvenience that occurred, which Eugene and his associates had nothing to do with. Nonetheless, they were so helpful that without them, I'm not sure what we would have done. I highly recommend them!

Very good moving service. The guys were great at loading the truck. When one guy had to leave he did not leave until a replacement arrived. The owner himself came out and dropped off the new person. Made sure everything was going as planned. I would definitely use them again.

Eugene and his team helped us move from our old office space to a new one across town. We had asked him to limit our time so we would not go over our budget and they were more than accommodating, in fact, they made sure we stayed on track. All of our furniture was moved on time and with very hard work! We were amazed at their ability to carry so many things with such care and speed. Over all I would recommend Ritenour Services! The young strong men arrived on time and carefully completed their task. Underestimated the amount of time it would take which did increase the cost. I would rather have an over estimate rather than an underestimate. Also type of payment was not discussed prior to the move and I found out that they wanted cash after job was complete.

These guys went above and beyond the call of duty even just by staying to help me as long as I needed them once they saw the staircase they were going to have to work with to my 3rd floor 100+ yr old apartment! They achieved moving feats, I kid you not. They were extremely efficient, completely reasonable price (and so worth it!) and honest. I woudnt hesitate recommending them to everyone I know!

Stud Movers was great! The two men arrived early at my house and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. They were very efficient in taking my belongings from a third story apartment, putting them in the truck, and then moving everything to a new city and down into a basement apartment. They took extra care in handling my glass table and the wood of my large dresser.

A. The best advice I can give to any potential customers is. If a company is charging to little or to much its because either they are an inferior service in some kind of way, or they just don't care if you hire them or not! Make sure the price you get makes since if you pay to little expect to get what you pay for if you pay to much your provider could be just as deperate as one charging to little do your research!
A. I wish that the potential customers knew that there's more to moving then picking stuff up. To really be a pro mover you've got to know all aspects of the move from prepping/packing/loading/unloading/to just knowing the proper lifting techniques so you don't get hurt. Sure it cost a lot to move a piano but just think if you threw your back out trying to do it yourself!
A. We're more reliable and we take better care of our shippers we've the experience and customer service to better suite the needs of our shippers and we can provide testimonials of past shippers.
