Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We provide a range of services and materials needed to relocate you to your new home, storage, or office. Our services range from residential and commercial moving services to packing services short- or long-term secure storage. We have a full selection of boxes and packing materials as well. We specialize in local residential moving in the Denver metro and Boulder areas. We also move clients regionally within a 400-mile radius from Denver, which includes moves going within the states that are adjacent to Colorado. Our local moving services are normally charged on an hourly rate basis. If an estimate is needed, usually for over 3 bedrooms or commercial locations, we can send a representative to your home. For loading or unloading customer's truck, container, or storage unit, or you just need movers to move items internally, we can send you a crew of movers without a truck. This will result in a smaller trip charge because our truck was not needed. For storage needs, we provide safe and secure storage. Your items would be placed in secure vaults for mid- to long-term storage. The storage vaults or containers are around 8"x5"x8" in dimensions. The monthly storage cost starts at $49/month. For a very short-term storage, around a week or two, we normally section off a part of an area of our warehouse for this type of shipment. We make sure that each shipment is separated from other shipments. When it comes to packing services, we can provide one or as many packers needed. This can be done on an hourly rate basis or charged per each box packed. The labor charge for us to pack by the box ranges from a small box being the least costly, to dish packs being the most costly box to pack. We also have a full selection of moving boxes and packing materials. When it comes to picking a mover to move you, choose Millennium Movers. You'll find that we are very affordable and professional.

These guys are good!! From the outset they were professional, courteous and kept their word. The men arrived on time and efficiently and effectively moved the furniture for my 88 year old mother from one retirement community to another. The guys inventoried and cared for the items being moved as if their own. The other aspect not often seen was that they were courteous and mindful of other elderly retirement community tenants while moving the furniture. They finished a little ahead of our estimated time, wrapped things up and re-inventoried everything to ensure nothing was amiss and that there was no damage to any of the furniture. They set up and cleaned up everything and even asked if we would like assistance repositioning some of the heavier items. I was very impressed and easily would highly recommend these people to handle your move. Our experience was actually enjoyable, considering the stress of any move, in that they had a sense of humor while taking care of inventorying, packing and unpacking, and completing the final billing and paperwork. The additional benefit of receiving a discount that was honored and no overruns on the estimated costs was a decided plus. They are well worth investigating both on the internet and BBB where they have received excellent feedback and company rating.

These guys were terrible! The crew that was sent was overwhelmed before they even walked into our house. The guy in charge said he didn't think he and another guy could move everything from our small one bedroom apartment. Communication between the two "movers" was horrible I felt bad for the younger guy because the older guy was yelling at him every time he "moved" something. They broke a dresser, a table, an entertainment center and a couch. They charged for 3 people even though only two showed. They charged for 3 extra hours of time, claiming it took that long to drive 20 miles. When I called to complain, I was all but ignored. The owner told me to submit a claim for the broken furniture but that he probably would not pay for most of the damage because our furniture was already damaged. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

I was not going to wright this review. But after a 3rd call from this company and them not remembering anything about the fist two calls and having to explain what happened for them to remember I was annoyed. This all started with a simple move from Denver to Colorado Springs. Scheduled days in advance. Arrival time was 9-11am with 2 men. 11am came and went and at about 1115 I received a call. Nice gentleman asked if he still wanted me to come by but could only bring himself… I said yes because my mother had to move back to Colorado Springs so I could move myself to VA. Needless to say I he was over an hour late and I spent the whole day helping him move everything in and out of the truck. Two weeks later I received the first call. Millennium Movers saw that my mother left a 1 star review on Google about the experience. They asked if we could take the review down. I said no. After going back and forth he offered, $50 back, still said no, then $75, and then $100… I ask him to email me the details and I would forward them to my mother. I was driving home from work so I expected the email that night, no email ever came. Two weeks later he called back to ask why the review was not taken down, I explained I needed the email. Surprise, he could not find the original email to forward and would have to send a new one, I supplied the email once again. This time I received the email. I hit reply on this email to Millennium Movers and CC’d my mother on this email. I requested Millennium to email her directly to get her contact info and coordinate the removal of the review and send her the $100 check. No reply again from them. Now 6 weeks after the move I receive a call from the same guy asking about my experience with Millennium Movers. It was the same gentleman that called the first 2 times. He had no notes and did not remember anything about our first 2 interactions and I had to remind him. After telling him the company communication was terrible he because frustrated and said never mind, we ended the call. I will never use this company again. My suggestion is to find someone that can handle your job with more professionalism and much better communication.

I had a great experience with Millenium Movers! Michael, T.C., and Wendel did an amazing job - they padded and shrink-wrapped everything, They were quick, efficient, and made the most hectic part of my new house experience the best part!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We specialize in local and regional moving. It's door to door service. Time starts at the 1st location and ends when finished at the last location. We do many house hold moves, and apartment moves with ease.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always check with the BBB. See how many years that company has been in business. If it looks like they have a good rating, it may be that they haven't been in business enough years to get the information needed to properly rate the company in a whole. Also compare the details of each company. One company could tell you to overall rate, but that could be for a very basic unrealistic cost. Do the math. If one has a better value but the total estimate looks higher that the competitors, that may mean they are accurately estimate your move, not trying to under estimate just to get your business. Always go with the company you truly believe to be the most honest.
