A. * Wells Fargo Home Loan 203k Good Neighbor Program. Completey updated all the finishes in this 1700sf home with a new updated Kitchen with granite counter tops, new wood flooring and carpet all withing budget.
* Pop-Top in the north Denver highlands area, completed gutted out the existing main floor and added 800sf of additional space onto the second floor, added two new baths a large sunken in Master Suite with a balcony, New Landscaping, new stucco exterior, tons of recessed lighting with coupherd ceilings, with a total of 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, Den, Formal Dining room and a Living Room, Breakfast area. Competed in 3 Months.
A. I have seen a lot of construction in my 28 + years in this business and have seen some shady work that people do not know about without the same experiance, and only see the end result but the guts of a home or building is what determines the quality and effeciancy of a project. I take the time to make sure things are done right and not just meets the code's but meets the quality expectations for an efficiant well built Home or Commercial Space. Sometimes I require a Sub-Contractor to do his work twice if needed, even the simplest things like making sure all the recepticles are at the same heighth is important to me, or making sure the window installation is weather tight and wrapped the correct way. That is what I do. I Build For Myself.
