Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Weight-loss and muscularity are the most common goals of clients that have come to me over the years
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I were a customer and I were investigating the field that is personal training I would be curious about the person that I am looking to get training from, obviously. Quality trainers such as myself are personalbe, encouraging, intense, motivational and fun. These are the keys that make working out and being healthy a more enjoyable experience and also gets the most out of your money.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My work is unique because you, my client, are not just another paycheck. I like to give my clients the wings of fitness and watch them fly.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. "How many times a week do you recommend that we meet?"
My answer - "Depending on your situation, goals, and means I may recommend a different amount of time that you need to spend with me. However, if you are one looking for results; I would suggest at least a minimum of 12 sessions with me to guarantee those results."
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I was working out with one of my clients, tanja, and she was telling me all about how since she has been working out with me things simple as playing with her son, who's getting bigger, is easier and more fun. Not to mention being able to pump out the pushups when she had trouble with a couple when we started.
