Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. With looking for a Personal Trainer make sure their Certification is from an Accredited Organization. The Gold Standard Is American College of Sports Medicine(ACSM). Also, Look for more experience such as a Bachelor's Degree in some sort of Health or Exercise science field.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Most Personal Trainers out there have little to no background on actual Exercise Physiology, nutrition, and effective exercise programming. Do not just trust a trainer because they work at a Big name Gym! Do your Homework or skip that step and come train with the the best, Me!

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What are your qualifications? How much Experience do you have? Who did you get your Certification with? What can you do for me?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The buyer should know if they are ready for a long term commitment. They should also know if they are ready for a body transformation. On top of that they should know if they are finally ready to change their life for the better.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. There are many personal trainers out there. At Core Progression only the best of the best are found. All the personal trainers here come highly educated, and higly effective to make sure you get the results you want.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like knowing I have had a positive impact on people's lives. The satisfaction I get knowing I was a part of helping a person better their life, and in most cases add healthy living years to their life is enough to keep my burning passion to help others lit.

A. The most common question customers ask me Is how do I tailor to their specific needs.
I simply answer that I treat every Client like they are one of a kind, because they ARE! I design the program 100% around them

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Seeing my Clients put in the effort, time, and dedication to change thier lives is enough to keep my story book full.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I hope Customers know that with me I put in 100% of my effort to help them. It is my passion to see them succeed.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. All My life I have been physically active. What made me decide to be a personal trainer is watching my dad go through various health issues that simple exercise and nutrition could prevent. No young boy or girl should ever have to see thier superhero down and I'm making sure I can affect as many people's lives as possible.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes I am currently receiving my Bachelors Degree in Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University. On top of that Through being an ACSM Member I am always getting the latest journal articles on health and fitness.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Health and Exercise is a Science. Like any other Science experiments are continuously being done to test hypothesis's in the field.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. My greatest strength is my weakness. My weakness to want to help as many people as possible. To help these people change their lives. To help people live a more fulfilling happy active life where they arenít restricted to what they can do and accomplish by their weight and body.
