- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies between the main 4 different services. 1. Personal Training (one on one) Pricing ranges from $56 to $65 per one hour session. 2. Group Training (groups of 2-4 people) various price structures from $23 to $45 per one hour session depending on the group size and number of sessions purchased. 3, Boot Camp Training (Out door training in a group of 10-15 people) 4. Sports Team Training (sports teams strength and conditioning) prices range from $120 to $100 per session. For a full list of rates visit my website.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that your Personal Trainer is Nationally qualified and has at least 4 years experience in helping people. Generally if a trainer charges less than $50 per session chances are they are charging less because they offer less in terms of experience, professionalism and success rates. Make sure your trainer is the right fit for you, if after the first session you feel like it wont work then find another one. You must feel comfortable around them and confident in their abilities.
