Question and answer
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Extremely honest and reliable plumbing and construction services from a local small business who can work around your schedule. We are committed to building client relationships as well as projects, and pride ourselves in a job well done at affordable cost.
We also provide water efficiency evaluations and recommendations, as well as plumbing and construction estimates, free of charge.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The opportunity to operate a business the community can rely by providing quality service and quality employment. Much of our work is received via personal referrals and knowing your company's reputation is good enough for valued clients to remember means we are doing something right.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Cost is always an important factor for customers and most projects can be roughly estimated for budgetary reasons quickly via phone or email, but are always done best by a free scheduled inspection.
A good rule of thumb for rough pricing is the base cost of material and tax, plus $45 per hour labor (labor will can generally from $25 to $60, but $45 is a good average to use). And again, both material and overall time required can be roughly estimated for you via phone or email, but an inspection is necessary for a final cost guarantee.
A detailed quote and guarantee coverage will always be sent for your approval before any work begins.
