A. We serve all sorts of documents from 3 day demand letters, to federal orders. We also handle stakeouts and investigations.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask the pertinent questions...
1. How many attempts are provided in your cost.
2. How will I know when the documents are served.
3. Will you provide me with a JDF Form (Affidavit of Service)

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. All of our servers have been directed to fully explain what the person is being served, along with telling them what day, time, and County their court is or if its an order we explain that also. We are always professional and friendly to our customers especially the ones being served.

A. 1. How many attempts do you do? At Roland Process Servess & Investigations we give you unlimited attempts.
2. How can I get my documents to you? You can either email, fax, or mail the documents to us. (We will pick up for Attorneys office's)
3. How can I pay? You can pay through our business Ccredit card, check, money order, or cash.
4. Do you do investigative work also? Yes we can locate your debtor, or stakeout a spouse if needed.
5. Why are your fee's so reasonable? Because we offer Affordable & Friendly Services to ALL!!!!!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I personally got into the business back in 1994, I always enjoyed working with people.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Continued education is key to any profession, we attend frequent trainings with NAPPS, and COAPPS.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Due to "gutter servers" throughout the US our profession will be looking at more extensive regulations through the federal government within the next 2-5 years. At Roland Process Service & Investigations, we have taken steps to ensure each serve is proper per state regulations. Our servers run GPS systems that are backed up nightly, and we require signatures and a physical description from each person that our servers have served.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. I would suggest to them to read up on the Colorado Statues in regards to service of process prior to becoming a process server. I would also advise them that this is a dog eat dog business you must reliable, affordable, and competetive. And like any other business make sure you are insured and bonded. And remember your process servers are only as good as their leader...
