Melissa and her team at Elevated Properties took our property in mid October and it had launched just 3 days later with all the blows and whistles and in an area where occupancy averages at 42%, not even 2 weeks later we were at 86%! And booked all the way through end of 2023. We don't know what we would have done without this team. CANNOT recommend them enough.
