Management needs
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: The major difference between our company and others is our full time legal and conflict resolution team. Our receptionists, maintenance crews, showing staff and contract negotiators all have access to a staff attorney and master diplomat for quick resolution to developing disputes. There are many risks in property management which we are therefore able to avoid, circumvent, confront or transcend. Surprisingly, after growing up in Denver, I enjoy traveling through the neighborhoods seeing Denver grow. From one season to another, there are so many new roads, buildings, art districts, parks etc. Our weather keeps it interesting. My favorite time is what I call White Indian Summers. It gets to 60F outside, leaves have changed to red and yellow, and there is snow blanketing the ground.

Thanks Garrett. Please let us know how we can do better. I know we use a lot of technology and it took getting used to, however, I think you'll agree-it worked! Your Alamosa property rented way faster than you thought.

Angela, can you mention something about how we helped you with your property in Colorado Springs?

Awesome! I have had 2 other PM's in the metro area over the last 6 years and continued to be dissatisfied. The last one kept trying to get me to reduce my asking price and it just didn't seem right so I found Denver Property Mgmt and decided to give them a try. The customer service was stunning - almost too good to be true. They signed the perfect renter at the price I was asking within 4-5 days of signing up with them! I couldn't believe it. It has been 5 months and not one issue or concern. I have yet to experience their 'maintenance prowess' (as that is where most of the issues with the other two PM were), but if the initial treatment is any indication, I'm not concerned. I would recommend them all-day-long! (and no, they're not paying me to say this ;o)

I turned my two rental units over to Denver Property Management approximately six months ago and it has been great. They checked the units thoroughly for any issues that might exist, including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors; they screen applicants thoroughly, including credit checks and criminal records; they handle questions and issues brought up by my tenants, which saves me from having to spend my time dealing with routine matters, and they provide me with income and expense statements every month for my tax records. In addition, they handle questions and issues that I raise promptly and competently. All in all, this has been a very good experience for me.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a broker and an attorney, I am required to take additional classes, however, I do most of my updating case-by-case, and with each case I enhance my contracts to address the issue to the owner's advantage.
