Ben Krosschell and B.C. Property Group far and away exceeded my expectations as a property manager and management company. We have very competitive pricing for property management at 7% monthly management and a 35% leasing fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, as a licensed realtor we are required to complete annual continuing education.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wouldn't be in this business if i didn't believe in rental properties as a great investment. We have our own rental properties as well and this is what we live for!
