FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to different associations that help keep me up to date on the newest development in my field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a boy I liked to build things like model homes and cars. As an adult I realized I was better at designing things than actually fixing or building. So I started to design in the aerospace engineering business but after 12 years realized real estate was more interesting and I didn't have to travel to find work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of job we do for our clients is remove stress from their lives. Managing real estate is a chore, to say the least, with advertising for tenants, taking calls, showing properties, taking applications, screening tenants, doing inspections, getting repairs made, signing leases, then collecting rents, handling emergency repair calls, accounting for all the money, etc, etc, etc. But, when you have a team of people that are each well trained to do their part and you have systems to make sure business is taken care of things go a little smoother.
