- What types of customers have you worked with?
We handle all aspects of property management for our owners. Tenant procurement, monthly management and handling all trust accounts as well as monthly maintenance. We are also able to handle all aspects of buying and selling of investment properties.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is very important to do your due diligence. Do not go with any company without a full interview. Know how long the company has been around and what certifications they have. As a NARPM-National Association of residential Property Managers, member, our office deals only with high quality business partners and I recommend checking those relationships as well.
