Winton and his team have been great. Trio offers competitive pricing with great service. Winton seems to have a good system for marketing rental properties as my property had no vacancy time within the slow time of year (January). As a landlord, I have had difficulty renting out my property in the past even with many inquiries from prospect renters. Winton has been great in all aspects of the property management process which has made my life easier.

Trio is professional and prompt and takes the stress out of my rental. I appreciate that whatever I need, they're available to troubleshoot my property issues if I have a rodent issue, a plumbing issue or one of my appliances goes out. Being a landlord is really stressful and I’d rather outsource that stress to a dependable property manager like Trio.
