A. You must research your professional. You can start by typing their name in google. Do they have a presence online? Do they have a website? Is the website all about them or is it a helpful website for consumers? Are there testimoals or referrals? Check their profile on Linkedin. How active are they, part-time or full-time? Do they know the market!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would like to know how to find investment properties that will cash flow. You must find a realtor who is going to not only help you to find a property, but will help you to analize the actual property as a financial investment. There are many factors to consider such as; location, local and regional market conditions, possible rental income, work needed, etc.

A. We look at the long-term picture. We see every purchase as an investment. It may be up to us to put a renter into your property or it may be up to us to sell your home when the time is right. However, ultimately if you are happy so are we.
