I own a Small CPA firm in Downtown Denver, we have 5 workstations, 6 laptops and 1 server. We just migrated ( we thought ) to windows 7, Anyway we could not access the server to get our clients files or our programs. We called Will at 303 PC Tech, (after calling a number of different computer companies including the one from best buy. I was told I had to wait up to 2 days for a repair tech to come to our location.) and explained to the best of my ability what was going on. He assured me that he would come out and get us back up and running. Will arrived just after 9am and started working on our systems. Just after 10, not only was Will finished but our network was faster. Will identified the problem, and fixed it with out loosing any of our files.
    Excelent Job Will. Thank You.

We will be using 303 PC Tech for all of our IT needs.

I want to thank Will at 303 PC Tech, He came out to our office at 6am on a Sunday to get our server back up and running, we had him do some tune up work on our 2 desktops and a laptop. The service was great, and the price was unbeatable. Thanks again Will, you saved our bacon.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The number 1. is Virus Repair.
Followed closely by Data Migration, ( Moving your files from one PC ton another).
Then new computer setups.
I almost forgot... Software Installation and configurations.
and then Data Backups, ( mostly HIPPA compliant clients )

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Well I give the client 110% of all my knowledge and experience. When at a job site, ether Home or Business I will not leave until the client is happy with the work. If the project takes 30 minutes, you can bet I will be asking if there is anything else I could do for the client. We do have a responsibility to the client, after all you are the boss.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. I had a home based business client call me in to do a server setup, I Installed the Operating System, Maped the network drives, and set up user privileges. Then they asked me to optimize there front office desktop and get there printer to communicate with the network.
All this I invoiced the client for $210.00, this equals out to 4 hours of work.
