- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are affordable yet competitive. I offer a 10% discount for active and retired military personnel as a thank you for your service to this country.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll schedule a time with you to connect /chat in the way that you're comfortable with. I prefer meeting in person to discuss engagement and wedding details, to make sure we have a good rapport. With other sessions, we can use Zoom, have a phone call, email, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being in business of 8 years, I've done a variety of sessions. Starting out, I've taken classes at Mike's Camera as well as gaining experience being out in the field, just practicing, practicing and practicing. As you well know, Google is our friend, and so is YouTube for learning!
