Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most of my jobs are five to twenty windows and siding jobs of eight to twenty five squares of siding. I also do some remodel work, landscape and acrylic roof coatings.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Warranties and features are nothing without great customer service. Having a contractor who has extensive experience and solid evidence of it mean a lot. Having a contractor with Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation takes the risk out of home improvement. The new Lead Paint Laws mean your contractor should educate you and protect you from being exposed to dangerous lead levels.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. How long will my job take? Will all of the necessary permits be pulled for the work to be performed? Is the estimate I have been given, complete? or are there going to additional costs? i.e. Removal and installation, dump and permit fees.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We help educate our clients on the value and quality of the products and services they can expect from us. We are always on time and we work every day, so your job isn't half way done weeks after it is started. We are insured and have over fifty (50) years of experience.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like working with customers most, but I also appreciate the look of a completed job.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How long will it take?
Our normal turn around time for windows is about two weeks, and most siding orders can be completed in two to three if they're not special ordered. No matter how long it takes, we treat every job as if it were our own home.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I was tired of seeing other contractors not giving good service and communication to customers and I believed I could do it better.
