- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have three pricing grids: Panels, Slipcovers and Bedding/Pillows all available on request. That info will give a potential customer a base to see if my services are in their price range. A solid estimate will precede any work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Window treatments, slipcovers and bedding projects with lots of accent pillows. Outdoor living spaces are hot right now.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take your time. Don't try and do everything at once, make some decisions and live with them, then make more decisions. Build a decorating scheme around something or some concept that really floats your skirt up.
