Our classes blend Vinyasa, a vigorous flowing set of postures linked by the breath.
We're also influenced by Iyengar yoga, focusing on alignment, anatomy, and the use of props such as bolsters, blocks and straps.
Your 2 weeks of yoga only costs 20 bucks.
