The Yoga Mat

The Yoga Mat is a green studio connecting like-minded folks through the practice of yoga, wellness, and combined creativity. We believe unrolling your mat creates healthier and happier people; less grumpy people mean less crappy stuff in the world. One om at a time, we'll reconnect with our neighbors and bring balance to our body and mind. Choosing to live a conscious and healthy lifestyle is hard, but it's clearly a darn good idea. Our classes blend Vinyasa, a vigorous flowing set of postures linked by the breath. We're also influenced by Iyengar yoga, focusing on alignment, anatomy, and the use of props such as bolsters, blocks and straps. Your 2 weeks of yoga only costs 20 bucks.
