On my rise to the rank of battalion chief, I have been faced with countless life-or-death decisions. I possess a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Education in Education and Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University. I am also a founding member of the John Maxwell team and am certified in his training methods.
