Mr. Schendzielos has almost twenty years of litigation experience in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative forums involving a wide variety of issues, including contract disputes, eminent domain and condemnation, securities fraud, insurance coverage and benefits, banking, and real estate transactions. Mr. Schendzielos is one of our most experienced trial attorneys. He has also handled numerous cases that were resolved prior to trial, either by judicial disposition or settlement. Mr. Schendzielos has been involved in the appeal of cases to the United States Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice has emphasized complex commercial disputes. He has lectured on a variety of topics and currently heads our litigation section. Mr. Schendzielos is also admitted in the U.S. Tax Court.
