Introduction: Carpet Cleaning has long been an easy industry to break into. All you need is a cleaning unit, a little education and a city to serve. However, we are here to bring you more than the other companies. All reputable steam cleaning companies will leave your carpets refreshed, but we are really concerned with YOUR experience along the way. Think about the difference between a haircut at a chain salon versus a haircut at an upscale Aveda salon - where you are served wine, offered a complimentary hand massage... etc. While we aren't going to offer these services - for obvious reasons - we will provide you with the best customer experience you have ever had with a carpet cleaning company! I love having the creativity as a business owner to study my customer's needs and then provide them with an experience that far surpasses them.

Jake's Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job on our carpets! We live in an apartment and our floors were in serious need of being cleaned. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional. I appreciated that they explained the process and the products they were going to use on the carpet. All of the products they used were safe for my toddler to be around. They did a great job and got the carpet cleaner than it was when we moved in. I will absolutely use Jake's anytime I need my floors cleaned, air ducts cleaned or anything else the company provides. I recommend them to all of my friends!

We often work for moms who have children and pets. We all LOVE our pets and our children, but they can leave a mark on our carpets. With regular maintenance, we can make sure our home is safe for them to continue playing and to continue keeping us in business. :)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are unfortunately a lot of scams and unethical practices in the service industry. Our goal is to redefine the standard of professionalism and service in Denver. First, I would make sure to find a Clean Trust certified firm through the IICRC website. This is the carpet cleaning and restoration's international educational training program, dedicated to knowledge, professional service and the adhering to carpet manufacturer's warranties. Secondly, I would check BBB ratings and online review sites so you can find the companies that have sterling reputations for customer service. Finally, you can choose to support a nationwide chain, or a local business, where you will get a more personalized and warm service.
