A. Ask the service provider for the PUC number. The lower the number the longer they have been in business operation under the same name! Avoid fly by night operatios.
A. Vehicles that hold more than ten passengers do not have seat belts! On one have the operator calls it a "stock" vehicle to get the plates and vehicle insurance on it to save money. Then when passengers call to reserve the vehicle it holds 10 to 30 passengers and is not properly licensed or has proper insurance!??? The tires on the vehicle cannot handle more than 13 passengers counting the Chauffeur. If you have large groups get multiple vehicles or go to a bus company and get a vehicle designed to carry up to 55 passengers.
A. Ask for references or ask for a chauffeur to call you that will be providing you with services. Ask the chauffeur how long they have worked for the company! Go to the BBB and research the company! Don’t use a service that is afraid to identify the company when answering the phone! These services often are in the business of buying other failed companies and are trying to be many things to many different customers and often cannot keep the right hat on when providing simple transportation services
