We offer residential remodel/repair. We handle any of your home repair/replace needs from new flooring/doors/windows and trim to complete renovations of your tired kitchen and bath.

We strive to be the company you are happy to share with friends and family to complete their projects as well. Repeat business is our mainstay and cluster work seems to be the norm. Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Bathroom remodel seems to be hot as of late..the deck season is on now that warmer weather has arrived. We have built new fences and replaced old cedar fences a lot so far this year...we always have some small fix it projects that take just a day or two to complete. As a whole we do what is asked of us with a smile and are grateful for the work. Several tile projects have been done lately. One project was hanging and trimming out some interior doors and installing the new lock sets. Tile back splash and custom five inch crown went in up near Idaho Springs just a few weeks ago. Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I honestly care about the craftsmanship and the quality of the work I present to my customers. I always like the satisfaction of exceeding expectations on the customer / contractor relationship. I strive to be the contractor whom gets referals and more work from the same customers year after year.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I enjoy the overall challenge of selling a service of my own hands. I provide a proposal and some personality to customers to complete a project for their home to make it more comfortable for them. People really enjoy their living space, I get to renovate that space with their ideas to make it even more enjoyable for them....this is very satisfying
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. When can you start? I answer by explaining my current work load and advising it is first come first served. I do not pressure customers to sign a contract. I explain that a signed contract puts them next on the list :)
