  About two years ago, Al and Betty Jo did a fantastic job for us on remodeling the full bath in our basement. The project included new tile for the floor and the around the bath plus a new tile counter top.
  
  The estimating process was accurate and very helpful. We appreciated Al's design suggestions and advice on buying the picking out the right materials.
  
  We were so pleased with this project that we've started the process for our master bath and look forward to another great experience there.

  I am writing to let anyone looking for excellent tile work to call Al & Betty Jo Thibodeaux @ New Creations in Tile & Stone! This team of experts do fantastic work on flooring, countertops and backsplash, and they are the consummate professionals in the field! We hired them to do our kitchen tile in ceramic "pyriti rust", and it came out so incredibly beautiful that it transformed the look of our entire kitchen into what now appears to look like a classic "Italian courtyard"! The price was lower than the others we called, and we are already saving and planning to have them do our countertops and backsplash in a coordinating color to match our beautiful flooring. I would not hesitate to recommend this team for any of your flooring, countertop or backsplash needs! You will be blessed and amazed by their talent and immaculate professionalism! :)

  These folks came out and assumed a deadline and turned down my business though email without even giving an estimate or offering an alternative timeline. Nice folks and need to learn when to talk to a prospect vs. using email. Not a good experience.

  Al was a part of two full bathroom remodels for us last year. Both bathrooms had custom shower floors and extensive tile work. I needed the work done quickly and efficently and Al was able to commit to my schedule and did a professional job in a short peroiod of time.   I've worked with Al on several jobs. One was a non-profit organization that really needed a fresh look. Al did a great job of slate in the foyer and a beautiful mixed material geometric pattern in a new area. His skill is wonderful, his taste is excellent and he finishes on time!
  
  On another job, Al came in behind some amatuers in order to waterproof some new showers. It was a tedious mess to undo faulty work (as little as possible) then fix the problem and re-tile the area so it matched. It came out perfectly... dry and handsome.
