Hello to All!
I am a licensed Architect here in the state of Colorado and provide local services in the Norther Colorado Area. I am also NCARB certified which means that I can obtain any other state's license by a simple application. However, I am travel ready and can easily get to where ever your next project lies. In todays digital world I am really local anywhere!
I have over ten years of experience in commercial and residential design with projects ranging from small bathroom remodels and million dollar single family homes to small Tenant Finishes and 500 car parking garages. Although my experience is broad, I do specialize in medical office buildings, tenant finishes and, my passion, single family residential!
I am an expert in code analysis which my previous clients have always found to their advantage as when it comes time to pick up the building permit, they are assured that any hang-up's will be at a minimum at most!
