Introduction: I am not just a professional speaker, I am also involved in executive coaching, management consulting, corporate facilitation and mediation. All of these experiences make my presentations more relevant and "real life." I have been described as a cross between a Harvard Business Professor and a stand-up comic. I have had the distinct pleasure of hiring Jep on a number of occasions to speak at conferences and trainings across the state of Colorado while working for the Governor’s office. He is more than a motivational speaker, he’s an inspirational person. When he speaks to audiences he motivates and inspires those in his audiences. Jep is incredible!!! I recently had the pleasure to host Jep at Enck Resources to present a program on leadership and community service for students in the Gifted & Talented/Honors Academy at Fort Collins High School. From the moment he took the stage he captured a rather challenging audience with his engaging style, relevant stories and real life anecdotes. Although we had him speak last autumn, the students still make comments regarding the richness of his topic, the thought-provoking message he delivered, and how to use the lessons in their own leadership activities. If you want to make your next event one that “keeps the conversation going” I strongly recommend that you do yourself and your colleagues a favor and have Jep at your next speaking event. We had the pleasure to work with Jep for two of our company events. First, Jep facilitated a workshop for a group of corporate trainers. Jep was at ease with the group and very engaging. He covered a myriad of topics with excellence and obvious expertise. We received numerous comments from attendees, who mentioned the event "exceeded their expectations." The second event included staff members who deal with customers for a majority of their time each day. Jep's day-long workshop focused on "360 Degrees of Customer Service." Again, Jep did a great job leading the workshop. His background in leading culture at the credit union was evident; he was able to use real-life examples, which increased his credibility in the eyes of the attendees. We highly recommend Jep!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For speaking I charge a minimum of $500 per hour if it is within 50 miles of Fort Collins, CO. If the destination is further I am open for negotiating a price that works best for my client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I customize each program based on a conversation to make sure the client's needs are met. Once I know what the client wants the audience to be thinking and feeling we build from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly. I love to read and synthesize information. As a conference speaker I often sit in on other presenters and learn not only their content, but also their delivery methods for constant improvement ideas.
