- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP 1: Consult - An initial consultation is required to start the design process. This takes place at the project site. STEP 2: Survey -At this stage of the process, we will perform a detailed analysis of the project site, distinguishing any specific challenges and opportunities. STEP 3: Concept - Our initial concept drawing will identify your needs, wants, and personal style and incorporate these traits into functional and distinctive spaces that suit your unique lifestyle requirements. STEP 4: Detail - It is at this stage of our process where the design concept may be modified or adjusted according to your preferences. STEP 5: Construct - Finally, we oversee and manage the entire project, making sure that your project meets your needs and expectations down to the smallest detail. During this time, we will cater to your every need and work with you on all decisions regarding your project.
