Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. What I enjoy most is meeting customers and finding out what they need. I offer three different levels of products for each division within my company. Each product level (good, better, best) comes with a different price point so it makes it easy to match up what a customer needs with what their budget is. Finding a perfect fit between and customer and product makes me feel really good.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What are the differences between vinyl and wood windows? or What are the differences between vinyl and fiber cement siding? and How long do they last? The difference between vinyl and wood windows is mostly asthethic and wood windows require more maintenance to keep them in good shape. Windows should last you at least 20+ years.
Vinyl siding comes with foam insulation attached so it makes your home more energy efficient. Fiber cement siding has a different asthetic appeal than vinyl. Siding should last you at least 30-50 years!
