- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer honest and upfront pricing. We do not have hidden fees or charge you later for add-ons or change orders. Our estimates include all labor and materials to do the job right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to you with over 3,000 flooring samples in our mobile showroom. We evaluate and measure your space and take into consideration all the large and small details to give you a price for the entire project, NOT and estimate! We will schedule the installation with our expert installers and come back 7-10 days later to ensure you are happy with the results!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees undergo online and in-person trainings to ensure we are experts at what we do. We are always up to date with the newest design trends, product features and installation.
