- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since starting the business, I have learned a great deal about photography, and real estate photography in particular. I am constantly researching better ways of taking photos and editing the photos to get the most consistent, realistic, photos in the end. Learning is a continuous process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a photographer for years - mostly focusing on nature as my favorite subject. When I sold my own home, I realized that there was a need for professional photographers in the real estate business. Anyone with a camera or a phone can take a picture of a house, but it takes a true photographer to bring out the best of the home's features in a picture.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look through the example photos and see how your business can benefit from professional photos. You owe it to your clients that are trusting you with their biggest investment.
