This was the first time we had to leave our cats alone. We were apprehensive but came home to find very content cats. Wren sent adorable pictures of them to us every day and took the time to play with them. I forgot to ask her to water my outdoor plants, but she saw the need and asked if I would like her to give them some water. She was so thoughtful! We will definitely use the services again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are a first-time customer, we will personally meet with you to discuss pet and home care details. Please help us get set up, including: Schedules for pet care, plant watering & additional tasks Time (30-60 minutes) to get to know your pets (required of new customers) Gain comfort with our process and our professional pet & house sitters Please be prepared with the following: Two copies of your keys Alarm codes and passwords A list of local emergency contacts Your contact information while you are away Preferred veterinarian information
