- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to build lasting relationships that help protect your investment in your home. While we do offer military and senior discounts, we'll also provide you with a 5-year limited warranty as our quality guarantee to you! Typically, most electrical repairs and installs are under $500 and we do offer financing for larger projects so that you're never left in the dark!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer same day service and weekend availability to serve the needs of all of our clients. Your call will be answered immediately and a licensed, professional technician will be dispatched to your home or business upon scheduling. We will communicate with you throughout the entire process we always provide upfront pricing. Payment is due upon completion of the job and we accept a variety of payment methods to make getting your project done easily!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, as the Master Electrician of the company, I earned an Electronics/Avionics degree in 2000. From there, I've accumulated more than 40,000 hours in the electrical field performing Residencial and Commercial wiring. With years of continued education in my tool belt, I am also an active instructor for IEC, which provides the state required training for licensed electricians. As a team, every one of our technicians is a licensed graduate with a minimum of 10,000 hours of qualified experience.
