Enjoy the incredible flavor of wood-fired food prepared by a French chef, Sebastien Idee. As a child, Chef Seb used to go to the farmers’ market with his mother (a chef too), to pick the best and freshest ingredients and prepare them in the cooking style that best showcases their flavors.
He now brings this childhood tradition to his wood-fired cuisine for your enjoyment.
The menu is based on everything that can go in an oven such as: pizzas, meats, fish, poultry, breads, quiches, tarts, galettes, and roasted vegetables.
We also prepare savory omelets, salads, sandwiches and stuffed vegetables.
