Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make ABSOLUTELY sure you are hiring a company that does not just send out Sub Contractor's disguised as "employee's". When you hire me, you hire the OWNER.
I do all the work myself, from the smallest homes, townhomes and condos to the largest custom homes and estates. No job is too big.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Are you INSURED, do you have references, will YOU be doing the work, are you safe with ladder work. How long have you been cleaning homes in this area? I welcome any and all questions to make you feel confident in your hiring decision.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Although I am in this business to make a living, I certainly do not just care about getting paid and being on my way as soon as possible. I am in this for the long haul and hope for a continued business relationship for many, many years to come.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Making homeowners happy and having them rely on me year after year. I have built 27 years of customer relations with countless people. I take pride in pointing out "issues" that your home may have as well as offering to fix them as well. When the job is done and the homeowner is amazed at the difference, that's all the reward I need.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What kind of solution do you use in your bucket ? I answer, Ivory Dish Detergent for the last 27 years, with some "squeegee" experience and a little "elbow grease".
Experience being the single most important answer, every home is different, and I've seen them all more or less.
