Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I am Diversified in all that I do. Most commonly I light remodels and cabinetry. Bathrooms and Kitchens are always in the mix since that is where most people spend allot of time. Entertainmant centers, computer stations and libraries are often high on the list .

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Many are those who look for advantages in this industry. Many say but fail to produce. Always get references, and I have plenty of references. I am now providing a years subscription to angies list to my new clients. This is a site where the client can report on my performance to others looking for a good provider.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. What am I getting for my money? Why is it important to select good materials?

Good materials are key to any project for durability and life span. Balance of the cost is well justified.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Collect as much INFO for the project as possible. Face to Face meetings to clearify details and specify in writing scope of project is always important. It Protects the home owner and the provider.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. High end attention to detail and above standard quality.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Customer response in exceeding thier needs and requirements.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Can we modify the design to our own specific needs.

I can almost always provide a design change meet what the client wants.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I was called to what is now a client for some punchlist work after she moved in. She has now been using me for everything from minor repairs to custom home furnishings. We have enjoyed a wonderful relationship both in friendship and business for over a year now. I have contractors alike that request my services exclusively. The reason is my ability to meet their needs in a cost effective manor where other contractors have failed.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. You can find a reliable and dependable source to care for the value of your home. I specialize in Cabinetry and furnishings. Coming up through the trade gave me the ability to provide support in any arena of repair or maintenance for your home. I have associated my self with trust worthy contractors that I would use on my own projects.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Most of what I do I can see great joy in my client for the finished product. Helping people to meet their needs and developing lasting relationships is very satisfying. performing in a way that imparts trust and confidence is also important to me. I have complete access to many high profile homes and maintain integrity in our business relationship.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I did a double bathroom project that were back to back of each other. They were done in marble and natural stone and encluded a new floor and doors. One bath was required to stay in use during the entire project. They turned out beautiful and with no disruption in service for the home owner.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Materials and customer requests are always changing. It demands you kep up with some of the latest market changes and supplys.To provide the best you can offer the customer you have to continue educating yourself in tnis ever changing housing market. I am always looking for and learning about new products and better ways to service the client.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. There is a new product out in the faux finishing line I am excited about. A very durable commercial grade finish with granite crystals in the product. I can see it having a very broad scope of applications in the residential arena. This product is tough enough for even the most determined child to test and it cleans very easily.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. The client I mentioned earlier has about 35 Nut crackers. she wanted to display them and needed help to determine the best use of the space in her living room. I provided Her with a Nut cracker Library that encludes a 3 way dimmer, puck light system for the capital and adjustable shelving and ornate applied moldings to accent her love of sail boats. She also has model sail boats through out the house even the bathroom. It all cost about $2500.00 and in her comments she mentioned it was the best thing she could have done.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. There is no complicated system for most of my work. If it cost me then it should be apperant it will cost the customer. I never proceed or change direction without customer approval first and formost.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Professionalism, customer first, say what you mean and do what you say.
