We offer affordable prices. We have excellent references and over 11 years of experience. We are a local, family-owned and operated cleaning company. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment, and we are licensed, bonded and insured.

Our services include the following:

* Regular Housekeeping and Cleaning (weekly, biweekly, monthly, bimonthly and special plan)

Flat rate starts $39.95. Same-day service is available!

We do work with property managements and have experience with rental properties, vacant properties, move in and move out,
residential or commercial.

We have great references. We do accept cash, checks and any credit cards.

Standard cleaning includes the following:

* Bathrooms: general dusting and cobweb removal, shower, tub, sink, toilet and floor cleaning and disinfecting, mirror and fixture cleaning and shining, trash emptying and floor vacuuming and mopping

* Kitchens: cleaning, drying, and shining of all appliance surfaces, range hood, and sink, cleaning of stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs, washing of countertops, damp wiping cupboard fronts, table and chairs, cleaning of microwave oven (inside and out including turntable), trash emptying and floor vacuuming and mopping

* Every Room: cleaning, dusting and vacuuming of carpets and rugs, dusting of electronics, picture frames, shelves, knickknacks, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves and baseboards, cleaning and shining of glass and mirrors, washing and drying of wood floors, vacuuming of furniture including under-seat cushions, emptying and cleaning of wastebaskets and floor vacuuming and mopping.

    I've used ES for four years now and love their work. I have a loft apartment downtown and they do a great job of keeping it clean for me. I've also brought them in on special jobs, like cleaning inches of plaster dust off everything after a wall was rebuilt. They're easy to schedule, they show up on time, they do a terrific job, they never break anything, and they're very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

For ORGANIZING, LAUNDRY, STORAGE / BASEMENT CLEAN UPS or any other type of work inside or outside of the house / garage, patio, back yard / walk the dog / etc / other than regular cleaning. I do have an hourly rate charge of $20.00 per hour. (2 hours min. - required)

For ERRANDS such us as grocery /pantry supply’s / shopping I have charge of 15% on the top of the receipt (example: bought for $100.00 charged $15.00 for my time) + $0.35 per mile for a trip.
