FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. One of the biggest rule of thumbs I like to practice is "Communication" 2. I like to get to know the project, sometimes get familiar with what a customer likes and or prefers before recommending any "Standards" that are generally practiced in the mainstream AV industry. This allows room to fine tune the opportunity for a personal "best of both worlds". 3. Always do one's best leave a project tidy and obvious the work was performed by a professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At a young age, I was always eager to find out how things work, how to assemble electronics together in a technical combination to serve some type of functionality. Later, this led me on the path to my passion of creating and working with combinations of Sound, Visual, and complex technologies of today's ever changing electronics industry we use in our day to day lifestyle. Whether it be our vehicle, to the place we call home. I grew up knowing what profession I wanted to learn, would never run out of new exciting advances. I attended a Trade School in Toronto Canada in 2003 receiving my MECP and CEDIA certifications which was just the beginning of my successes. I returned again in 2010 with my brother, advancing my training and skill sets in Home Electronics Installations along with renewing my license's. Over the last 9 years is where I have obtained several layers of advanced technology, software programing education and experience working with many Contractors, Engineers, Builders, Forman’s, Technicians, Programmers, Managers, and several entrepreneurs who I learned from how to develop and maintain a unique and humble level of professional tradesman-ship. I intend to continue to build my vision of providing a team of like minded professionals to provide honorable and superior services to the general communities. "To imagine, is to Create" I was once told!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I always look around and get a couple different opinions before I purchase something. If I notice that someone or a particular company takes pride in what they do and loves the line of work they do I'll usually choose to support them, vs big companies in which I notice most of the people are just there for a job.
