- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is an activity based system. Some of the accounting activities/tasks can be priced at a lower rate as they are easier to perform and they require less experience (i.e. accounts payable, accounts receivable processing); some activates however, require more experience and knowledge and therefore they would be priced at a higher rate (i.e. the financial review, cash management activities, budgeting and forecasting).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common services we provide to our customers would be the full cycle accounting which includes: Managing full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable Manage employee and vendor expenses Reconcile credit card and bank statements Post journal entries, review trial balances and reconcile general ledger Review and generate monthly financial statements
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A. They should hire a provider that has strong entrepreneurial skills, be able to communicate well and have an efficient plan to complete the work. B. When you bring all of these characteristics together, you have someone who is strategizing on your behalf and creating the maximum possible savings for you.
