Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. CCC is proficient with new home builds, additions, kitchens and baths. Also, specializing in crawlspace to basement where we can add living space under existing structures.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Do not hire based only on price. Price can be deceiving, and change orders abundant. Understand value that can't be offered by lowest bidder only pricing.

Try and complete all phases of construction including basic design, architecture, engineering and construction under one umbrella. Some clients have paid thousands of dollars for designs that are not buildable due to construction process or zoning issues.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Look for inclusive estimations by professional and reputable contractors only.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Try and have design idea and plan in mind. It is hard to accurately estimate something if the client does not know what they want.

A. We like working with clients, desiging and customizing projects to their needs and desires and delivering a project with their personal signature. We also like the wide variety of projects, including new home builds, major renovations and remodels.

A. Most clients ask about our construction background and ask to check out our local reputation and references. We tell all clients about our Gold Star Customer Awards, A + BBB rating, and also provide a multitude of references where prosepctive clients can review our reputation and work completed. We strive to provide straight forward business basics.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Toby started working in construction in high school in Littleton, Colorado. He was a carpenter for many years, putting himself through college.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Cottonwood Creek Construction has completed several highly technical projects where load bearing points are removed and altered with new structural designs.

CCC has also completed various hidden rooms and doorways for discrete project completion.

Our new homes are built on schedule with a typical home at a 110 calendar day schedule!

A. Yes. CCC is upto date on the latest processes and materials for new builds and energy efficiency.

CCC understands and builds with BUILT GREEN processes and materials. Certified by the E.P.A.; O.S.H.A and the Home Builder's Association.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Solar and wind energy are hot items, but pricy!

Government subsidies for enegry efficient windows, furnaces, air conditioning, insulation are still out there!
