Introduction: My standard inspection, depending upon the size of the property, takes approximately 3-4 hours to perform. During my inspections I take between 150 - 200 pictures. Everything is documented in a report that is delivered to the customer, via email, within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection.
I thoroughly enjoy what I do. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry moving into the inspection field was a natural progression. We love working with our clients to discover any issues there may be with the property they are considering purchasing. As we like to say "We investigate and educate".

Chuck is by far the most thorough inspector I know. He answers my clients questions and takes the time to help them realistically assess any issues that arise. I highly recommend him!

I met Chuck socially about 2 years ago. I have lived in Denver (in my current home) for about 9 years and had all of the inspections completed prior to purchase. I've read so much about mold and radon lately and the health dangers associated and asked him to stop by to provide both inspections. Turns out my radon fan under my sub-floor basement has been out of order for some time. I encourgage people to have these type of inspections completed regardless if you are purchasing or selling a property. A modest fee is more than worth an extended illness.
