- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private lessons are $60/Hour Group lessons (2 or more riders) are $50/hour Leadline lessons (for youngsters 5-7 years) are $30/half hour (in this lesson we can have fun with your little one while still teaching them the skills they need to become great riders.) Polo lessons $90/hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new riders start in a what we call an evaluation lesson. This is a private lesson where we evaluate your riding level. If you have never ridden before this lesson is where you will learn to tack and untack as well as a few basic riding skills after a few of these privates (or once you are able to tack and untack on your own) we will move you to a group lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors are certified to teach both horses and humans. Teaching requires more than certifications however so along with proper certifications we all have a lifetime of riding and teaching.
