Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We mostly do residential landscape renovation.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Just have somewhat of an idea of budget - Landscaping is unlimited. Why would you want to get excited over a Porsche when the budget allows for a Honda.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We stand out because we care about every customer and about the job that we do.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love the design aspect of what I do - it is my passion.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Q: Do you ask for a down payment before the work is started?
A: No, we ask for 1/2 on the day we start, and 1/2 when we finish.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish that customers knew from the beginning that they can trust us, despite all of the dishonest contractors - we are honest.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I orininally got my degree in Graphic Design - I loved the design part of it, but the printing and imaging industry didn't really fit with me. I worked as a bookkeeper for a landscape company part time. The more that I learned about the landscaping industry, the more I loved it. I went back to school for Landscape Design.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. We definately have to continue educating ourselves and our employees on the latest styles, processes, products - isn't that what life is about? Keep on learning!
