When you change, the world changes.
I help individuals cope with change.
You may be forced to change at work, in your relationships, in your home location, or due to health concerns or family obligations. Typically we all react to change — with resistance. With the right tools and strategies, you cannot only navigate the challenge of change, but actually enjoy the benefits and outcomes.
I work with organizations, companies and individuals as well as offer professional keynote speeches and training courses.

Harmony Thiessen has been a consultant with our manufacturing company for over 3 years. She offered us strategic change management training and counsel which has afforded us business growth in an industry suffering in the lagging economy. Harmony has worked with us from the inception to the development and initial sales of a new innovative product setting us apart in the marketplace. I find her thoughtful, intelligent, challenging and a great deal of fun. I have no hesitation to recommend her services as a consultant and a speaker she will wow you.

Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Consultants can help you if they have experience, related education, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles. Be sure that you meet with them before engaging their services to insure the connection allows you to develop a trust in their advice and willingness to give it a try.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I have been the customer of many consultants in the past. A key to receiving maximum benefit is the willingness to set the time aside to prepare for the meetings and a determination to "try" things differently for a different result.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask your change consultant the following questions:
1. What will I have to do to work with you successfully?
2. What is the most important asset you offer your clients?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. A Change Consultant is here to help you navigate the change process - either individually or within an organization. If you are having trouble becoming willing to change, facing very challenging times in the process of change, or completely resistant to inevitable change, you might well benefit from the help of a change consultant. (Hint: If you have become angry, frustrated, irritable, are suffering from health issues or relationship trouble - you may well have a hidden resistance to change!)
