FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my hourly pricing system both simplified and affordable at only $70/hour (coaching sessions lasting less/more than an hour are prorated accordingly). I also offer a 10% discount for clients who prepay for 7 (60-90 min.) coaching sessions. Coaching sessions may be conducted in-person, via telephone, SKYPE, or email for the clients' convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New relationship coaching clients complete a thorough survey at home - stating their relationship needs and pertinent background information - so that we can use their first coaching session as efficiently as possible. Couples often prefer having separate individualized coaching for session #1, so that each partner can develop a customized Relationship Action Plan. Future coaching sessions are held jointly so that each couple has the time to learn new relationship skills in a supportive environment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I enjoy learning new coaching techniques and research from international presenters and authors at the annual Smart Marriages Conference; from fellow professional coaches and friends at the Denver Coach Federation; and have been a Certified Family Life Educator with the National Council on Family Relations since 2007..
