Thoughtless awareness that I get through Sahaja Meditation fills me with flowing joy, peace and ultimate happiness. I become a positive thinker naturally and start to notice and enjoy the simple things around me, which I used to take for granted… When I am balanced, many problems and worries seem to resolve effortlessly or just simply fade away. I am working in Information Technology field, As a Software developer I have to go through tremendous work pressure, lots of responsibilities which sometimes makes me tired and full of stress. But after coming home when I follow the amazing techniques I got from the Sahaja Yoga classes I find myself completely out of stress, fresh and with new energy to start my new day again with full swing... I recommend Sahajayoga to everyone who is looking for a "No Stress" and healthy life. And its free... :)

My first noticeable effect of doing sahaja meditation was a refreshing burst of positive energy. Slowly but steadily the meditation resulted in a more positive attitude in handling whatever life throws at me. What followed were balance, spontaneity and thoughtless awareness. Sahaja is simple, natural and effective process and both my mind and body seems to thank me for the activity. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

These meditation classes are the real deal. They are simple enough for anyone to learn - from little children up to seniors. But the techniques that are taught are deep and powerful. And the fact that it's a grassroots, non-profit with volunteers as teachers who are doing it for free makes it even better! They are not out for the money, but just to help us feel good :o)

    We lead people into meditation, which is a very pleasant state of thoughtless awareness, also some times associated with "mental silence". We teach our people to recognize and decode subtle sensations on their palms which appear as a result of a continuous process of inner awakening. We also teach people how to heal themselves with the application of the different cleansing techniques.
